Parent of solo-round-the-world sailor Jessica Watson, and former Lutheran Community Care staff member, Julie Watson, will be guest speaker at Trinity Disability Support Service's second annual Disability Action Week dinner on Friday September 10 at 6.30pm.
Julie, who worked at Trinity's Southport service, "comes with a wealth of knowledge regarding the disability sector," and is an "inspiration for supporting people to fulfil their dreams and overcome challenges."

The term ‘Dementia’ can be confusing, and at times, a frightening concept. LCC specialises in dementia support and has put together the attached flyer for dementia sufferers and their carers to access practical, helpful hints and resources.
