Graceville Centre provides support to individuals living with a psychiatric and/or intellectual disability. All Graceville services are conducted by working with individuals in a strength based and recovery focussed framework. The objective of Graceville is to assist people to independence through support in the aspects of health and spiritual wellbeing; maintaining and keeping a tenancy or private home; accessing employment, education, or volunteering options; establishing and strengthening relationships within the community and working towards and achieving individual goals and aspirations.

Graceville offers a choice of supported accommodation, semi-supported unit accommodation and outreach support for those living independently in the community.

Graceville House offers fully supported accommodation to individuals living with a psychiatric and/or intellectual disability. Support is provided 24 hours per day, 7 days per week and encompasses a comprehensive program aimed at strengthening the skills of the participant and ultimately encouraging independence.

Killara Units offer 10 semi-supported individual units aimed at those individuals taking the final steps towards living independently in the community. Support staff are available 8 hours a day, 7 days a week and participants have 24 hour access to support in emergencies.

Graceville Centre is funded by Disability Services Queensland and Fedral Government Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs.
