LCC’s government-funded Community Care Packages (CCPS) acknowledge people’s preference to remain living in their home for as long as is practical. The CCPS scheme offers a number of options to suit individual requirements.

CCPS covers assistance with personal hygiene, supervision of medication, delivery of meals, light home duties, shopping, emotional support and transport to and from appointments.
