Lutheran Community Care’s (LCC) Aged Care services offer you the choice of different levels of care according to your needs.

Whether you are an active retiree wanting to live independently in a caring community or a family member looking for a high level of care for a frail relative, we offer a range of options in nine locations across Queensland. Several of our Aged Care services offer low to high care facilities in the same location, allowing the level of care to be stepped up as needed without moving from a familiar environment. Whichever level of care you choose, you will always be treated as a valued member of our community and will be served by friendly and professional staff. We respect the dignity of each of our community members and encourage every one to have an active and fulfilling life to the level of their capability.

We have a strong focus on your well-being and health and we provide a range of support services in our communities including leisure activities and chaplaincy. Our Aged Care services include independent living, low-care (hostels), high-care (nursing homes), day respite, and Community Aged Care Packages.
