Lutheran Community Care is a Christian not-for-profit aged care provider specialising in the support of older Australians. LCC provides residential aged care and retirement villages at 10 locations across Queensland. As a not-for-profit service we keep your interests at heart and have more qualified staff on the ground than many other aged care service operators.

LCC's aged care services offer diverse support levels including Independent Living Units, low-care (hostels), high-care (nursing homes), day respite and Community Aged Care Packages. The Community Aged Care Packages support people living in their home. We offer home-style accommodation and on-call professional staff. LCC encourages residents to keep their independence, self-worth and freedom.

LCC offers residents a range of support services including leisure activities and chaplaincy. LCC recreational and leisure programs are diverse and dynamic with activities such as gardening, craft and walking groups, online learning courses and art lessons. The meals at LCC are nutritious, varied and delicious. Easy access to transport on site ensures you can remain active members of the community. LCC residents also have opportunities to nurture their spiritual development.

Retirement living

LCC retirement villages are designed to suit the over 70s who wish to establish themselves into retirement accommodation. They offer residents the opportunity to:

• never have to move again with opportunities for ageing in place
• continue to be truly independent with the security and reassurance of an emergency on-call system in their home, plus a supportive community, and
• afordable one, two or three bedroom units.

Residential aged care

We provide quality care for older Australians who are no longer able to live independently at home and require either:

• low-care or personal care offering assistance with tasks like getting dressed and showering
• high-care for those requiring continous nursing support
• day respite, and
• dementia support.
