Australian Lutheran World Service (ALWS) emergency response is linked through the ACT Alliance (churches of many denominations around the world working together), and Lutheran World Federation operating in Haiti.
Lutheran Church teams were at work within minutes of the Haiti earthquake.
An ACT Rapid Response Team has been formed. Water and sanitation, hygiene kits and psychosocial counselling are key parts of the emergency response plan. |

The term ‘Dementia’ can be confusing, and at times, a frightening concept. LCC specialises in dementia support and has put together the attached flyer for dementia sufferers and their carers to access practical, helpful hints and resources.
